Shipping Policy

UpTown Cares currently ships within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During product launches, promotions, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a material delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping options

Standard Shipping: $8.00. Standard Shipping is free on qualifying orders of $70 or more.

Express Shipping: $15.00.

Estimated carrier transit times after an order is shipped are generally 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express. These are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after the carrier accepts the package.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email or contact method provided at checkout. Tracking may take several hours to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. UpTown Cares is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Carrier delays and delivery issues

Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, transit and delivery timing are subject to the carrier's network. Weather, regional disruptions, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first, then contact us so we can help review the shipment.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email uptowncares2@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs when possible. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
