Where do you ship?

At launch, online shipping is currently configured for addresses in the United States.

What are the current shipping rates?

Standard shipping is $8. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available shipping methods and final rates are confirmed at checkout.

Which digital wallet options are supported?

The store currently supports Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where those options are available to the customer.

How do ambassador links and codes work?

Approved ambassadors receive a unique tracked referral link and a personal customer-facing code. Clickable links are ideal for social bios, Stories, Linktree, YouTube, email, blogs, and direct messages. Codes are useful in captions, videos, spoken content, events, and other placements where customers may type the code during checkout.

Do all ambassador codes give the same customer discount?

No. Customer offers are product-specific and can vary by product or campaign. Ambassadors should communicate only the offer shown in their current approved UpTown Cares campaign materials.

Follow the directions provided on the product packaging and approved product documentation. Product pages are updated with approved usage, refill, care, and education information as it is finalized.
